This place has by far the best teriyaki in Washington. Everyone is so nice here and the food is just absolutely amazing!
When you first walk in, you get a Japanese feel to the place and it is a very open area. There was lots of people here and the lady at the register looked really busy taking calls and taking in house orders and bagging everything up. It's amazing to see how hard she was working, just by herself.
I ordered the chicken katsu combo spicy chicken teriyaki. And oh my God it was like heaven in your mouth. The lady when she took my order told me that the katsu was fresh today and I got really excited. And had to order it. Usually I get spicy chicken but on occasion when she tells me the katsu is fresh, I get the combo. It's worth the extra money for it. Trust me. You can make anything spicy for a small price just keep that in mind spice lovers! If you eat in house they have this delicious egg drop soup they give you for free. So yummy!
Since this is considered fast food, there's nothing to it really, the food is heaven, and the service is always welcoming. The owners should be proud they are running such a awesome place! Keep up the good work, 5 stars! -

Without a doubt, this is the best teriyaki I have found in the greater Tacoma area. After moving here from west Seattle and desperately missing my favorite teriyaki spot. I have spent countless lunches trying all the local spots and looking for consistently very good teriyaki. I finally found it. Food was cooked perfectly, veggies were fresh, the place was super clean, and the sauce was great. I almost completely gave up on my efforts as every other place I have been between north Tacoma and Lakewood has been a complete let down. This place definitely has to be considered some of the best teriyaki in the Tacoma area. I challenge anyone who thinks otherwise. Don't take my word for it. Try them all and then try this place. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly pleased too. I wish I had an award to hand them. It looks like this will be my new stop in the Tacoma area for teriyaki.

Such wholesome workers here! The place is under new management, and the food here great!!
The prices are great, and the portions are huge - def worth and they even have lunch specials. Everything tasted fresh and and not too salty. The inside was very clean too.
We got the sesame chicken (my fav), chicken katsu, veggie fried rice and a California roll (sorry we forgot the take pictures).
This will be our to-go to teriyaki place whenever we're in the area :) -

Love this place! The owner is kind and does not hold back on portions. The quality of food is also great.
We had a couple times where we felt something wasn't completely right and we addressed the issue. One example was we didn't get one salad with one of our meals, but we later found out that it wasn't included with the meal I ordered. Yet, she still gave us a side plate!
Her customer service always leads us to tip well. The food being great and large in portion is just a cherry on top. -

Went to order take out here today....first time there. the teriyaki chicken and California roll were good. But the pad thai was horrible. They used these hard big noodles and it had chopped up teriyaki chicken mixed in with bits of other chicken. The sauce tasted so weird like fishy and sirricha sauce. I wont be going back!
